These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application (“App”), educational services, subscriptions, and physical products. By using our Platform or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

“Platform” means ShashwatStudy.com and the Shashwat Study App.
“User” means any visitor, parent/guardian, or customer using the Platform.
“Content” includes videos, PDFs, audios, activities, quizzes, worksheets, stories, and learning materials.
“Products” means physical items such as books, learning boxes, toys, and kits sold on our website.
“Subscription” means paid access plans offered monthly or annually.

3. Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register or purchase.
Our services are designed for children under parental supervision.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the Content and usage time are appropriate for the child’s age and learning needs.

4. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account sharing or sharing login credentials is prohibited and may lead to suspension/termination.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove/edit content at our discretion.

5. Use of Educational Content

All Content on Shashwat Study is protected by intellectual property laws and is licensed for personal, individual use only.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, or share our Content.
Upload our videos/worksheets to other platforms (including social media) without written permission.
Use our materials for commercial teaching/coaching without written consent.

All trademarks, logos, product names, and course structures remain the property of Shivam Solutions.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Pricing

Some services may be offered as a free trial for a limited period.
After the trial period, a paid Subscription may be required to access premium features.
Payments are processed via secure payment partners/gateways.
Prices and offers may change. Discounts are time-limited and are not applied retroactively.

7. Cancellation & Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You are responsible for managing cancellations via the App Store/Play Store or the method shown at checkout.
Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for unused Subscription time after renewal.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided once digital access has been delivered, except in limited cases such as:

Duplicate payments
Verified technical issues preventing access

9. Physical Product Purchases

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products under these Terms.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel/refuse orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, address problems, or suspected fraud.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external delays.
You must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
Risk of loss transfers once the Product is handed over to the courier/shipping carrier.

11. Returns & Damaged Products

Returns, replacements, and refunds for physical Products are governed by our Return Policy.

If a Product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy with order details and clear photos.

12. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the Platform, attempt hacking, scraping, spamming, or disrupting services.
Upload or share harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
Engage in behavior that harms the learning experience of others.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

13. Educational Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, academic results, or behavioral changes.

16. User Submissions

If you voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, feedback, or media (photos/videos):

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for platform improvement, customer support, or promotion.
We will not intentionally publish sensitive personal data.
You confirm you have the right to share the submitted content.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access rights cease immediately.

18. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or payment gateway failures.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
